Course Overview
The aim of this qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of Business and Administration. It provides an introduction into the principles and processes of Business and Administration and will aid progression to level 2 qualifications.
This QCF competence-based qualification is designed for those people who:
- Are involved in Business and Administration as their primary work activity
- Are seeking a career in Business and Administration and wish to take the first steps towards professional qualifications
The BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration (QCF) is approved for the Foundation Learning catalogue.
To achieve the BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration (QCF), learners must achieve a minimum of 15 credits:
Seven credits must be completed from Group A mandatory units
A minimum of 4 credits from core units
A maximum of four credits from optional units
