Course Aim
This course incorporates all the necessary theory and practical skills of CPR and AED awareness. It also teaches you to recognise signs and symptoms of the casualty and priorities of treatment.
Course Content
- Recognition of the unconscious casualty
- Priorities of Treatment
- Chain of survival
- Emergency first aid
- Adult CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation)
- Anaphylaxis Awareness
- Management of the airway
- Choking and recovery position
Course Duration
Online: The timing and duration is flexible to your requirement.
In-house: This course is run over a period of 3 hours. Minimum of 8 delegates required.
Course Certification
A basic life support certificate is awarded as an attendance certificate. This is subject to completion of the course and satisfaction of the Instructor and the end of course Theory and practical assessments.
